Contribution Rewards Program
🌐To incentivize content creators and developers to expand eCash’s visibility and ecosystem, we have launched a 100,000,000 XEC fund for rewarding contributions on a quarterly basis with eCash (XEC) and honoring them with an eToken medal.
Content Creator Incentive (Artisan)
A reward of 50M XEC per quarter for any kind of media & website creators, divided into 3 Tiers:
- 10 regular creators, reward 1M each
- 5 high-quality creators, 5M reward each
- 1 MVP creator, 15M reward
Developer Incentive (Engineer)
A reward of 50M XEC per quarter for the construction of eCash-related software, contributions, services, applications and documentation, divided into 3 Tiers:
- One regular engineer, reward 10M
- One Top engineer, reward 15M
- One MVP engineer, reward 25M
Rules:
- Each creator cannot be rewarded with the same rewards for 2 consecutive quarters
- Rewards are assessed based on content quality, usefulness or impact
- To be eligible for rewards the content has to be submitted or tagged accordingly on Twitter or Telegram

- #XECengineer👷🏼♂️ for any type of development and technical documentation
- Each reward is given out with the corresponding medal
- Members can tag creations that they find eligible for a contribution reward
eCash (XEC) Rewards and eToken Trophies
Any reward comes with an #eCashArmy 🎖️medal as memorable trophy. These account for user merit and are also envisioned to have further use down the line. So whatever you do with your XEC reward, hold on to your trophy!

Mode of Operation
You can publish and share your contributions on any platform you wish, just be sure to announce and share your creation on Twitter or the official eCash Telegram group with the corresponding hashtag to call the eCash team’s attention and be eligible for the Contribution Rewards.
eCash (XEC) Rewards
Over the course of each quarter, eCash team will decide on winners of either reward and announce them publicly on official social media channels. The team can decide to not give out the rewards if they do not deem any contribution to be of sufficient quality or impact.
Should this happen, resulting in unredeemed rewards over one quarter, the reserved XEC will be spread for the next quarter amongst the other rewards in the section to increase the incentive.
This ensures that if engineer contributions are deemed too small for the top tier rewards, those rewards will keep increasing over time to raise the engineers incentive and chances for new outside developers to join in and contribute.
The receiver of the next 🎖️MVP Engineer reward will in this case get 40M XEC as a reward payout (25M + 15M increase from last quarter). After that, the following rewards will be reset to the normal amounts (i.e. 25M for an MVP Engineer reward).
This will also help the GNC over time to assess the sufficiency of the funding amount, regarding whether or not to increase the overall attributed funds available to the Contribution Rewards.
